Setup
- Create a Mailgun Account
- Setup domains
- Optionally setup templates, although HTML can be set in the action
- Retrieve your Mailgun API Key
- if you navigate to the following URL, it should take you straight to the API's page, where you can create an API Key, provided you have the appropriate level of access within Mailgun: API and security
- Add the Mailgun API Key under MyGlue App setting
- Then copy your API Key and navigate to the following link to apply it to Integration Glue: MyGlue Configure MailGun
Create Workflow
In HubSpot
- Create or update an existing Workflow
- Add Triggers
- Add MailGun Attachment Integration App Custom Action (either select from Mailgun Template or create new template)
- Select your Domain
- Enter email details (note if including HTML body (note you may want to build the template elsewhere and then copy the code into this field)
- If you want to attach a file enter your file ID/data point for file ID
- Set association rules
