How the HubSpot Mailgun integration works

Send automated transactional emails from HubSpot with attachments using the HubSpot with Mailgun integration - learn how to get setup and started.

The Integration Glue HubSpot Mailgun Integration is not currently available in the HubSpot Marketplace or from MyGlue.

Setup

1. Create a Mailgun Account
2. Setup domains
3. Optionally setup templates, although HTML can be set in the action
4. Get Mailgun API Key
5. Install the MailGun Attachment Integration App on Glue 
6. Add the Mailgun API Key under MyGlue App setting

Create Workflow

In HubSpot

1. Create or update an existing Workflow
2. Add Triggers
3. Add MailGun Attachment Integration App Custom Action (either select from Mailgun Template or create new template)
   1. Select your Domain
   2. Enter email details (note if including HTML body (note you may want to build the template elsewhere and then copy the code into this field)
   3. If you want to attach a file enter your file ID/data point for file ID 
   4. Set association rules
