The "Copy Owner Details to Record Property" action within the Workflow Enrichment Actions App by Integration Glue allows you to automatically transfer the details of the HubSpot record owner (e.g., their name, email, etc.) into a designated property on the same record. This ensures that important owner information is consistently stored and easily accessible within the record, enhancing CRM data organization.
The action copies the owner’s details into a specified property, allowing for better tracking, reporting, and automation processes within HubSpot workflows. It streamlines data management by making sure that the record's owner details are embedded directly in the record itself, reducing the need to reference external sources or systems for owner information.
This action is particularly useful when:
- You need to store the record owner’s details in custom properties for easy reporting or future reference.
- You want to automatically enrich CRM records with owner information, especially when managing tasks or communications related to specific owners.
- You need to ensure that each record includes up-to-date ownership details for automated workflows, follow-ups, or integrations.
- Property Containing Owner ID refers to the property in the record that contains the ID of the owner. The owner is the HubSpot user (e.g., sales rep, account manager) associated with the record. This property typically holds the unique identifier for the owner.
- Property to Read from Owner refers to the specific property of the owner whose information you want to read. For example, you might choose to read the owner's name, email address, or other relevant details that you want to copy to the record.
- Property to Save the Owner Value Being Read refers to the record property where the information from the owner will be saved. For instance, if you choose to read the owner's email, this is the property on the HubSpot record where the email address will be saved.
