GCP Outage impacting some Glue Apps.

Overview

We experienced a service interruption on some Integration Glue apps due to a global outage of Google Cloud Tasks Queues.

This delayed the processing of some Integration Glue Micro and Macro applications, including DocMergy.

Status & timing (PST)

  • Original date and time of outage recorded by Google: 3:15pm

  • Resolution date and time confirmed by Google : 6:04pm

During the outage any app enrollments were delayed. All enrollments were logged and processed in the order received once the Google service returned to normal (which was prior to the official resolution time).

All logged items have now been processed with no system errors.

Impact

The following Glue Micro and Macro Apps were impacted:
