      Install HubSpot Workflow Enrichment Actions

      Learn to sign up and install the Integration Glue HubSpot Workflow Enrichment Actions Micro App

      Sign up for Integration Glue

      Add Billing Details

      Integration Glue has a free tier, which you will be signed up for by default.

      The free tier includes up to 100 credits per month, this should be enough for smaller accounts or if you just want to check out an Integration Glue app.

      Enrichment actions use 2-3 credits each time they run.

      Once you have used 100 credits, actions will stop running until your next billing period.

      To avoid any disruption to your account we recommend you sign up for a paid Integration Glue tier, you can downgrade or cancel at any time.

      Install the Workflow Enrichments Actions App

      Once you have signed up to Integration Glue, you can install apps from MyGlue or from the HubSpot Marketplace.

      Install via MyGlue:

      1. Log in to Integration Glue
      2. Click the Select button next to the account you want to add the app to
      3. Click on the Apps link in the main navigation
      4. Click on the Available tab
      5. Click the Install button next to the Workflow Enrichment Actions App
      6. Select the HubSpot Portal to install the App on and click the Choose Account button
      7. Click the Connect app button

      Limitations 

      HubSpot Workflow Enrolment Limitations for Meeting Activities

      • Activity/engagements cannot be set as the main Object when creating a new Workflow in HubSpot

      • You can set a filtered trigger on the Workflow using Associated Object: Activity, however, you cannot re-enroll based on associated Object records

      Solution

      • Use Next activity date property: Trigger enrollment based on the Next activity date property on your record, this property can be re-enrolled. This will trigger whenever a new Meeting activity is scheduled.

      • Use a List: If your Object is a Contact, Company or Deal create a List that includes a Meeting Activity that was recently created and meets your other criteria and set your Workflow criteria to enroll and re-enroll off this list
