Box HubSpot App Setup: Overview

Overview of the process to integrate HubSpot and Box through Integration Glue.

Sign up for Integration Glue

Install the Box Integration

Once you have signed up to Integration Glue, you can install apps from MyGlue or the HubSpot Marketplace (coming soon).

Install via MyGlue

  1. Log in to Integration Glue.
    1. If you have more than one account, click the Select button next to the account you want to add the app to.
  2. Click on the Apps link in the main navigation.
  3. Click on the Available tab.
  4. Click the Install button next to the Box Integration.
  5. If prompted, sign in to HubSpot.
  6. Select the HubSpot Portal to install the App on and click the Choose Account button.
  7. Click the Connect app button.

 Authorize your Box account

  1. From MyGlue, click on the Apps link in the main navigation.

  2. Click the Settings link for the Box Integration.

  3. Click the Authorize button.

  4. Click Grant Access to Box.
  5. This authorized account will now show up in all Box Workflow actions.

Add Billing Details

Integration Glue has a free tier, which you will be signed up for by default.

The free tier includes up to 100 credits per month, this should be enough for smaller accounts or if you just want to check out an Integration Glue app.

Box Integration uses credits each time it runs, which can be found here.

Once you have used 100 credits, actions will stop running until your next billing period.

To avoid any disruption to your account, we recommend you sign up for a paid Integration Glue tier. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
