• Free includes 10 envelopes per month (integration stops once allocation is met)
• USD$19 includes 100 envelopes per month ($2 per 10x envelope overage)
• USD$99 includes 1,000 envelopes per month  ($1 per 10x envelope overage)
• USD$499 includes 10,000 envelopes per month ($0.50 per 10x envelope overage)
