Learn how to create a unique property in HubSpot and set up a workflow action using the "Generate a UUID"
Setting Up the Workflow
To set up the workflow, follow these steps:

Create an Action:
- Click the "+" button located below the enrollment trigger in your workflow.

Select the Integration:
- Scroll down and choose 'Workflow generate code actions' from the list of integrations.

Generate a UUID:
- Scroll down again and select the 'Generate a UUID' option.
- Select your custom property

Creating a Unique Property in HubSpot
To enable this action, you must first create a unique property. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your HubSpot account.
- Access Settings:
- Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- Navigate to Properties:
- Scroll down to the Data Management section and select Properties from the subheading.
- Create a Property:
- Click Create property.
- Define the Property:
- Name: Enter a name for your property.
- Object Type: Choose the object type (ensure it matches the type used in your workflow).
- Group: Select the relevant group for this property.
- Set Field Type:
- Under Field Type, select Single Line Text (or the field type that suits your needs).
- Configure Rules:
- Under Rules, tick the box for "Require unique values for this property".
- This ensures property values are unique across the object, making the workflow action functional.
- Under Rules, tick the box for "Require unique values for this property".
- Save:
- Click Create to finalise your new property.

It will roughly take 5 minutes for your new property to show up in the workflow "choose an action" drop down (it will show your property you created in the first pic)
