DocMergy: General Information

What is DocMergy?

Streamline Your Document Workflow with DocMergy

Take control of your document creation with DocMergy, the HubSpot Marketplace app that automates the process using your CRM data. Say goodbye to time-consuming copy-pasting and juggling different systems. With DocMergy, you can generate professional, personalized documents directly within HubSpot, using tools you already know—like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

Seamless Integration

DocMergy integrates with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Slides, activating from any HubSpot Workflow. It automatically pulls in all properties from the initiating object record and any associated records—no additional configuration required.

Easy to Use with Familiar Syntax

DocMergy uses Jinja Template syntax, which is similar to HubSpot CMS's HubL. This means many statements, functions, and filters are compatible between DocMergy and HubL, making it easy to get started.

In the example screenshot below, you can see how a DocMergy template in Office 365 works. Here, properties from a contact record that triggered a HubSpot Workflow will automatically replace placeholders within double curly braces.

The term “object.” refers to the triggered record, filling in the relevant data
