The Glue Docusign integration auto-generates fields from HubSpot properties for eSigning, syncing data back to HubSpot with custom tokens and required fields.
The Glue Docusign integration leverages HubSpot properties to generate fields within Docusign, enabling the collection of essential data during the eSigning process. This captured information is then seamlessly transferred back to HubSpot.
The field interaction in Docusign will reflect the HubSpot property type, e.g. if the HubSpot property type is a Date picker, a calendar date selector widget will display in Docusign.

Adding tokens to your document
- Add a signature reference, e.g. **signature_1
- Then add a . and the HubSpot property Internal name, e.g. **signature_1.firstname**
- Once you have added your token set the text colour to the same colour as your document background, e.g. White
(do not use transparency to change the colour of the text as it is not supported by this integration)
Making Fields Required
- Add "_required" after the signature reference, e.g. **signature_1_required.firstname**
