Can I Use Integration Glue Actions on Custom Objects like "Service"?
Currently, Integration Glue apps (including Generate Code Actions, DocMergy, Associations Manager, etc.) only support standard HubSpot objects by default (like Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets).
If you're using a custom object (like "Service") and see an error when trying to run an action, it's because the object hasn't been enabled in our system yet.
-
The issue isn’t just with the QR code action — it’s with all Integration Glue apps right now.
-
The error is happening because the new "service" object (or any custom object) needs to be explicitly enabled in Integration Glue.
-
This enablement hasn’t happened yet for the "service" object, which is why you’re seeing an error.
