What to do if you get the error: "Another account is already managing this Portal, the app must be installed from their account. Please contact your Glue Account administrator"
If you encounter this error, it means that another administrator has connected their account to the portal you are attempting to install. This typically happens when collaborating with an Admin or if someone has already established an Integration Glue account for your organization.
To resolve the issue:
- If you prefer to utilize the existing account, kindly request the admin of that account to invite you as a user, at no additional cost.
- If you wish to use a new account, please ask the admin of the current account to contact us at contact@integrationglue.com with both the existing and new Portal IDs.
- If you don't know who has connected your account please email us with your HubSpot Portal ID on contact@integrationglue.com
